  1. 1 bunch broccoli

  2. 1 red onion, sliced thin

  3. 2 tomatoes, cut in eighths

  4. 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced

  5. 1/2 cup canola or olive oil

  6. 1/2 cup white vinegar

  7. 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

  8. 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

  9. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  1. Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces; peel stem and slice into pieces.

  2. Combine all vegetables in a covered bowl or large zip-lock bag.

  3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Stir twice (or turn bag) each day. Serve on the third day.
