  1. 1 large onion, diced

  2. 2 cloves garlic, minced

  3. 1 red or green pepper, chopped

  4. 1 large carrot, chopped Medium-sized pork roast or 1 large pkg. pork stew pieces

  5. 1 large tin stewed tomatoes

  6. 1 small tin tomato paste

  7. 2 tbsp. sweet mustard

  8. 1/4 cup sauerkraut

  9. 2 tbsp. sweet red paprika

  10. 1 tbsp. sugar Salt and pepper (to taste)

  1. Sauté onion, garlic, pepper and carrot in a large pot. Add pork, stewed tomatoes and tomato paste. (This tenderizes the pork as you cook it.) Add all the other ingredients and cook slowly until pork and vegetables are cooked through (approximately 20 to 30 minutes on medium heat.) Serve with hot steaming French bread and bring your appetite.
