  1. 4 medium sweet potatoes

  2. 1 cup crushed pineapple

  3. 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  4. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

  5. 1/2 cup brown sugar

  6. 2 cups miniature marshmallows

  7. 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

  1. Puncture potatoes with a fork and place in microwave.

  2. Cook, covered, on high for 20 minutes, or until soft.

  3. Cool.

  4. Peel and mash potatoes.

  5. Add pineapple, spices, and brown sugar.

  6. Place in baking dish; bake at 350* for 35 minutes.

  7. Sprinkle with marshmallows and bake 2 minutes.

  8. Sprinkle the pecans over the marshmallows. ?
