  1. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Mushrooms - sliced

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Butter

  3. 1 Onion - minced

  4. 2 Tomatoes - chopped

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Half and half 2 tablespoons 30ml Flour

  6. 1/4 cup 59ml Sherry

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Worcestershire sauce

  8. 3 lbs 1362g / 48oz Shrimp - cooked and peeled

  9. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Buttered bread crumbs

  10. Salt and pepper to taste

  11. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Paprika or to taste

  1. Saute mushroom in butter. Add onion and tomatoes and simmer for ten minutes.

  2. Blend Half and Half and flour and add along with sherry, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and paprika, to taste.

  3. Add shrimp, cooked and peeled, and put in large buttered casserole.

  4. Top with crumbs and bake at 350F until brown, about 20 minutes.
