  6. 1 lb Ground Beef

  7. 1 Med. Bell Pepper, chopped

  8. 1 Clove Garlic, minced

  9. 16 oz Pinto Beans, drained

  10. 15 oz Tomato Sauce

  11. 1 c Picante Sauce, med. hot

  12. 1 t Ground Cumin

  13. 1/2 ts Salt

  14. 12 Corn Tortillas

  15. 2 c Shredded Cheese

  16. Lettuce, shredded

  17. Sour Cream

  18. Fresh Tomato, chopped

  19. Cheese may be Monterey Jack or Cheddar

  20. Brown meat with pepper, onion and garlic; drain. Add

  21. beans, tomato sauce, picante sauce, cumin and salt.

  22. Simmer 15 minutes. Spoon small amount of meat mixture

  23. 13x9 baking dish. Top with

  24. 6 tortillas. Top with

  25. half the remaining meat mixture; sprinkle with cheese,

  26. repeat (except for cheese). Cover tightly with

  27. 350 for 20 minutes. Remove

  28. foil and top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes. Top with lettuce, tomato, sour cream and 91 Tyler
