  1. 1 3/4 cups cake flour

  2. 1/2 cup white sugar

  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  4. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  5. 3/4 teaspoon baking soda

  6. 1/3 cup unsalted European-style butter

  7. 5 oz Green & Black's Maya Gold chocolate , chopped

  8. 1/2 cup buttermilk

  9. 1/2 cup strawberry yogurt

  10. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  11. 2 eggs

  12. 1/4 cup pure strawberry preserves

  1. Sift together cake flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and soda.

  2. Melt together butter, chocolate, and buttermilk over a double boiler or in the microwave.

  3. Stir in yogurt and vanilla.

  4. Add chocolate mixture to dry ingredients and mix.

  5. Add eggs and strawberry preserves, and beat for 2 minutes with a whisk.

  6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until tests done.
