  10. 1 Lg Onion -- Chopped

  11. 1 Bunch Celery -- Chopped

  12. 1 Lb Mushrooms -- Chopped

  13. 2 Bunches Broccoli -- Chopped And Cooked

  14. 1 Jar Velveeta Cheese

  15. 1 Jar Cheese Whiz

  16. 1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup

  17. 1 Can Cream Of Chicken Soup

  18. 1/4 Cup Crisco Oil With Roasted Garlic

  19. 1 Stick Butter Or Margarine -- Melted

  20. 1 Box Minute Rice -- Cooked

  21. 1 Chicken -- Cut Up

  22. Garlic Salt -- Optional

  23. **This recipe requires a very large pot such as a Dutch oven. Cook the

  24. broccoli and rice separately. Set aside. In a large pot, melt the butter

  25. and add the oil, pepper,and garlic salt. Saute onions, mushrooms and celery till tender, but not brown. Mix soups together and add to the the

  26. onion/celery/mushroom mixture. Add 1/2 can of milk. Add cheese and mix

  27. well. Add rice and broccoli and mix well. Later cut chicken on top. Cover;

  28. 350F for about 1 hour or until chicken is done.
