  2. 1 pound boneless -- skinless chicken breast, cut into strips

  3. 1 clove garlic -- crushed

  4. 1 cup uncooked rice*

  5. 1 can chicken broth -- (14-1/2-ounce)

  6. 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel

  7. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  1. Preparation : Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken and garlic; cook and stir until browned. Stir in rice and broth. Cover and cook 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Stir in lemon peel and pepper. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
