  1. Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces. Heat oil in skillet. beat egg and water in large bowl until well mixed. Add flour, salt and pepper. Add chicken pieces and soak for 30 minutes, turning several times. Fry chicken in single layers until golden brown and cooked thru. Drain on paper towels. Serve with preferred dipping sauces.
