  2. 19.71 ml baking powder

  3. 2.46 ml salt

  4. 236 1/29 ml butter , melted

  5. 473.18 ml brown sugar

  6. 4 eggs

  7. 118 1/59 ml Bourbon

  8. 59.14 ml water

  9. 170.09 g chocolate chips

  10. 236 1/29 ml chopped pecans

  11. 59.14 ml butter

  12. 473.18 ml confectioners' sugar

  13. 78.07 ml Bourbon

  14. 4.92 ml vanilla

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

  2. Grease and flour a 9 x 13" pan.

  3. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt.

  4. Melt the butter and add to the flour mixture along with the brown sugar.

  5. Add the eggs, whiskey and water, mixing well.

  6. Pour into prepared pan.

  7. Sprinkle with chips and nuts.

  8. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until center is firm.

  9. Cool 15 minutes then drizzle with glaze.

  10. To make the glace, melt 1/4 cup butter in a medium saucepan.

  11. Whisk in 2 cups confectioner's sugar, 1/3 cup whiskey and vanilla.

  12. Blend well.

  13. Pour over cake.
