  1. Green onion 1 , diced

  2. Herb de provence 1 Teaspoon

  3. Salt 1 Teaspoon

  4. Black pepper 1 Teaspoon

  5. Chuck roast 3 Pound

  6. Butter 3 Tablespoon

  7. Paprika To Taste

  8. Canned tomatoes 200 Gram , diced

  9. Low sodium vegetable stock 2 Cup (32 tbs)

  1. Directions GETTING READY 1. Preheat the oven at 325 degree F.

  2. MAKING 2. Place chuck roasts over a plate and sprinkle the top of the meat with half of the salt, pepper, Herb de Provence and paprika.

  3. Sprinkle the remaining herbs and spices on the opposite side with paprika to taste.

  4. In a medium skillet heat the butter and add in the roast to the pan. Cook on medium high heat for 3 minutes 30 seconds and flip, cooking the opposite side for 3 minutes.

  5. Add in the vegetable stock, onions, tomatoes and cover with a lid.

  6. Place the pan into the oven and bake for 300 minutes at 325 degrees F.

  7. After 2 1/2 hours remove the pan from the oven and flip the roast. Cook for another 2 1/2 hours.

  8. Take out the pan from the oven and let it rest.

  9. Use two forks to pull the beef apart.

  10. SERVING 10. Serve Pulled Beef with bread and salad.
