  1. 1-1/3 C. bulgur

  2. 1-1/3 C. boiling water

  3. 4 Tbsp. golden or dark raisins , or half and half

  4. 1/4 tsp. salt

  5. 1/4 tsp. ground cumin

  1. Place bulgur in a medium-sized bowl cover with boiling water. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Let stand 30 minutes until water is absorbed. Fluff and serve warm.
