    1. 1/2 pound jumbo lump crabmeat, picked over for shells and cartilage

    2. 1 pound shrimp, peeled, deveined and boiled

    3. 2 green onions, minced

    4. 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and drained

    5. 1 tablespoon minced celery leaves

    6. 1 tablespoon minced red bell pepper

    7. 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

    8. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

    9. 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

    10. Salt

    11. Freshly ground black pepper
