  1. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Potatoes (about 6 medium)*

  2. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Mayonnaise or salad dressing

  3. 1 Vinegar

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Mustard

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper

  7. 2 Celery (about 1 cup) - chopped

  8. 1 Onion (about 1/2 cup) - chopped (medium)

  9. 4 Hard cooked eggs - chopped

  10. 4 Hard cooked eggs - sliced

  11. 1/2 cup 118ml Sweet salad cubes**

  12. Paprika

  1. * (I usually use the red ones)

  2. **(these are already chopped up pickles in a jar)

  3. Wash the potatoes and boil about 20 minutes until tender but not mushy. Peel the potatoes.

  4. Cut into cubes (about 6 cups).

  5. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt , pepper and salad cubes (sometimes I add a little milk to this mixture) in large glass or plastic bowl.

  6. Add potatoes, celery and onion; toss well.

  7. Stir in chopped eggs. Arrange sliced eggs on top and sprinkle with some salt and pepper and paprika.

  8. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
