  1. 2 cups 474ml Cooked - flaked halibut

  2. 1 Chicken bouillon cube

  3. 3/4 cup 177ml Boiling water

  4. 1 1/2 cups 219g / 7.7oz Soft bread crumbs

  5. 1/2 cup 55g / 1.9oz Chopped celery

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chopped parsley

  7. 1/2 cup 118ml Light cream

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Grated onion

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  10. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Pepper

  11. 2 teaspoons 10ml Lemon juice

  12. 2 Eggs - beaten

  1. Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water. Combine all ingredients.

  2. Place in a well greased 9 1/2- by 2 3/4-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until loaf is firm in the center.
