  1. CROCKPOT FONDUE ITALIANO

  2. 1 lb lean ground beef

  3. 8 oz Mozzarella cheese

  4. 1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix

  5. 2 15 oz cans tomato sauce

  6. 2 tb cornstarch

  7. 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese

  8. 1/2 c dry red wine

  9. In a skillet or crockpot with a browning unit, cook beef until

  10. crumbly, pour off excess fat. In the crockpot, combine beef with

  11. dry spaghetti sauce mix, tomato sauce, cheddar and mozzarella

  12. cheeses. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours. Dissolve cornstarch in

  13. the wine. Turn control to high. Add dissolved cornstarch. Heat on

  14. 10 to 15 minutes. Dip chunks of Italian bread into the

  15. fondue while keeping the mixture hot in the crockpot. Makes 6 to

  16. 8 servings.
