    2. 1- 3/4 cups flour

    3. 1/4 cup cornstarch

    4. 3 tablespoons corn oil

    5. Cold water to moisten - about 4 tablespoons

    6. 1/2 teaspoon salt

    1. Sift the flour, cornstarch and salt into a bowl.

    2. Stir in the corn oil, moisten with the water.

    3. Turn onto a floured board, roll out at once.

    4. One-quarter teaspoon baking powder may be added if desired. .
