  1. 37 1/2ml (1 1/4 ounces) Garrison Brothers Bourbon or any other Texan Bourbon

  2. 10ml (1/3 ounce) King's Ginger Liqueur

  3. 10ml (1/3 ounce) Balsamic Syrup (1 part Agave Syrup : 1 part Balsamic Vinegar)

  4. Stick of fresh, burned Rosemary

  5. 50ml (1 3/4 ounces) Rio Bravo Lemonade

  6. Rosemary and ginger for garnish

  1. Burn the fresh rosemary using a open flame.

  2. Place into an old-fashioned glass , then fill with ice.

  3. Build the rest of the ingredients over the ice.

  4. Stir until mixed and chilled/

  5. Garnish with rosemary and ginger.

  6. Rio Bravo Lemonade Recipe Makes 500 ml 110ml (3 3/4 ounces) still mineral water 110ml (3 3/4 ounces) freshly squeezed lemon juice 50 gr (1/4 cup) sugar 110ml (3 3/4 ounces) rooibos tea 110ml (3 3/4 ounces) organic pomegranate juice 1 cinnamon quill.

  7. Mix ingredients into a 500ml and let it settle for 1 day in the refrigerator.
