    1. Package round steak

    2. 1/4 onion finely diced

    3. 3 cups water

    4. 5 or 5 beef boulion cubes

    5. pepper to taste

    1. Cut round steak into serving size peices. Add to crock pot with rest of the ingredients. Cook 4-6 hours on low.When steak is done cooking add a 3/4 c water mixed with 1/2 c flour that has been well mixed to crock pot. stir well. Cook another 10-15 minutes. Serve over rice or with mashed potatoes.
