  1. 6 Flour tortillas (6" rounds)

  2. 1/2 pound Mushrooms -- cleaned and slice

  3. 2 Medium tomatoes -- tinly slice

  4. 4 tablespoon Sliced black olives

  5. 1/4 cup

  6. 6 ounce Lo-fat Mozzarella cheese -- gr

  7. 1 teaspoon Oregano flakes

  8. Cayenne pepper to taste Freshly ground black pepper 6 teaspoon Grated Parmesan cheese

  9. 12x16-inch cookie sheet and toast in a 350-degree oven for about 4 minutes, or until lightly crisped. Now, divide the remaining ingredients, in order listed, equally over the tortillas and bake in a 350-degree oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Serve at once. Serves
