  1. 1 Yellow Cake Mix

  2. 1 cup Water

  3. 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil

  4. 3 Eggs Topping Ingredients

  5. 2 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs

  6. 3/4 cup Brown Sugar

  7. 1 1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon

  8. 3/4 cup Butter or Margarine, melted

  9. 3/4 cup chopped Nuts, if desired Frosting

  10. 1 cup Powdered Sugar

  11. 1 - 2 teaspoons Water

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 cake pan. Place graham cracker crumbs into a medium sized bowl. Add cinnamon and brown sugar. Stir to blend. Pour melted margarine or butter over the cracker blend. Stir well enough to coat the crumbs. Add nuts if desired. Set aside. Mix together according to the cake mix directions: Cake mix Water Oil Eggs Spread half of the cake batter into the prepared pan. Top with half of the graham cracker mixture. Pour remaining cake batter over the crumb layer. Sprinkle remaining cracker mixture over the batter. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Remove from oven after an inserted toothpick tests clean. Cool completely. Drizzle frosting over top of cooled cake. Frosting: Add water to the powdered sugar one teaspoon at a time. Drizzle over cake when desired thinness is achieved.
