  5. 1 Green pepper chopped

  6. 1 Onion chopped

  7. 3/4 cup 148g / 5 1/5oz Sugar Dressing

  8. 2/3 cup 158ml Vinegar

  9. 1/3 cup 78ml Vegetable oil

  10. 1 Teaspoon salt

  11. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Fresh ground black pepper

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix the chopped vegetables and the sugar, refrigerate overnight. Make the dressing and add to vegetables before serving. You can vary the recipe by using different types of herbal or wine vinegar, or by using garlic salt instead of plain salt or by adding minced garlic to the dressing.
