  1. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Butter

  2. 1/2 cup 80g / 2.8oz Brown sugar

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Dark rum

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Creme de banana

  5. 3 tablespoons 45ml Bananas - split and sliced (large)

  6. Vanilla ice cream

  7. 1 Cinnamon

  1. In a wide skillet, melt butter and sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture has blended to caramel.

  2. Add liquors and ignite. (Use caution!) Heat bananas in mixture for 2 minutes and serve over ice cream. Sprinkle w a dash of cinnamon.
