  1. 2 medium onions, chopped

  2. 1/4 cup light olive oil

  3. 1 cup Delmonte chili sauce

  4. 1/4 cup vinegar

  5. 1/2 cup water

  6. 1 tsp. salt

  7. 1/4 cup sugar

  8. 2 slices lemons

  9. 3-4 cups diced pot roast (or 1 lb ground beef, sauteed until browned and well cooked)

  1. Saute onions in olive oil over medium heat until they're tender. Add rest of ingredients, then stir in pot roast or ground beef. Serve on warm rolls.
