  1. 2 tablespoon(s) margarine or butter

  2. 1 tablespoon(s) minced fresh parsley leaves

  3. 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt

  4. 1/2 teaspoon(s) freshly grated lemon peel

  5. 1/8 teaspoon(s) coarsely ground black pepper

  6. 1 1/2 pound(s) small red potatoes , each cut in half, or into quarters if large

  1. In 3-quart saucepan, melt margarine or butter with parsley, salt, lemon peel, and pepper. Remove saucepan from heat; add potatoes and toss to coat.

  2. Fold 30- by 18-inch sheet of heavy-duty foil crosswise in half. Place potato mixture on double thickness of foil and bring long sides of foil up and fold several times to seal well. Fold over ends to seal in juices.

  3. Place foil packet on grill over medium heat and cook 30 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender.
