  1. 2 can(s) (16 oz each) vanilla frosting

  2. Orange, green, red and black Wilton icing colors

  3. 12 baked and cooled cupcakes

  4. Orange colored sugar

  5. 12 flat-bottomed ice cream cones

  6. 1 can(s) (16 oz) dark chocolate fudge frosting

  7. Wilton Halloween confetti sprinkles

  8. Gumdrops

  9. Tootsie Rolls

  10. Brown mini-M&M's

  1. Tint some of the vanilla frosting orange; spread it on cupcakes. Sprinkle with colored sugar. Tint most of the remaining vanilla frosting green, and a small amount red and black.

  2. With serrated knife, carefully cut top wide edge from ice cream cones. Invert cones and spread sides with some of the green frosting. Pipe or spread on dark chocolate fudge frosting for hair. Pipe on green frosting eyebrows, red frosting mouth and black frosting stitches. Use orange confetti sprinkles for eyes and pipe a dot of black frosting for pupils.

  3. Cut gumdrops into small pieces and use for noses and ears. For bolts, use a piece of Tootsie Roll attached to brown mini-M&M. Place Frankenstein on top of cupcake.
