  1. You can use fresh or frozen lobsters. You can cook outdoors on the grill or indoors in the oven broiler.

  2. Split Lobster tailsSeveral hours before cooking marinate lobster in:

  3. Melted butter or olive oil, or a mixture of the two, allowing 2 to 3 Tbs of fat for each lobsterFreshly ground pepper 1 tsp lime or lemon juiceGrill until top is crisp and golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes.

  4. Keep basting with the marinade.

  5. Serve hot, with the drippings or extra butter and cut lime or lemons, if desired.
