  1. 1 Sesame-seed hamburger bun

  2. 1/4 lb 113g / 4oz Ground beef

  3. 1 Salt

  4. 3 Dill pickle slices

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Catsup

  6. 4 Onion rings

  7. 2 Tomato slices

  8. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Chopped lettuce

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Mayonnaise

  1. Preheat a barbecue grill on high. Toast both halves of the bun, face down, in a hot skillet. Set aside.

  2. Form the beef into a thin patty slightly larger than the bun. Lightly salt the hamburger patty and cook on the barbecue grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side.

  3. Build the burger in the following stacking order from the bottom up: bottom bun, hamburger patty, pickles, catsup, onion rings, tomatoes, lettuce, mayonnaise, top bun.
