  1. 3 lbs 1362g / 48oz Ground pork shoulder - add:

  2. 2 teaspoons 10ml Salt

  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Cumin

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Coriander

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Garlic

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Cayenne

  1. Recipe Instructions This is what my DH asks for whenever we get fresh ground pork! Cook it up just like patty sausage. Very Southwestern! Sometimes, just for kicks, I add 1/2 tsp ginger to it.
