  2. 1/2 c Butter

  3. 1/4 c Brown Sugar -- Firmly Packed

  4. 1 t Vanilla

  5. 1/2 t Baking Soda

  6. 1 1/2 c Cheddar -- Sharp, Shredded

  7. 1/4 c Maraschino Cherries -- Chopped

  8. 1/4 c Sugar -- Granulated

  9. 1 Egg -- Lg

  10. 1 1/2 c Unbleached Flour

  11. 1/2 t Salt

  12. 8 1/4 oz Pineapple, Crushed, Drained

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Cream the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy then stir inthe egg and vanilla. Add the combined dry ingredients and blend well. Stirin the cheese, pineapple, and cherries. Drop the dough by roundedteaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 15minutes.
