  1. 1 pound lean ground beef

  2. 1 medium white onion chopped

  3. 1 cup froze cauliflower

  4. 1 cup frozen peas

  5. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  6. 2 cups frozen cubed potatoes

  7. 14-1/2 ounce can chicken broth

  8. 1/2 cup water

  9. 1 tablespoon curry powder

  10. 2 tablespoons mango chutney

  11. 1 teaspoon salt

  12. 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

  1. Add beef and onion in large skillet over medium high heat.

  2. Cook stirring to crumble meat until browned then stir in cauliflower and cook 3 minutes.

  3. Stir in peas then cook 5 minutes.

  4. Meanwhile heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat.

  5. Add potatoes and cook 8 minutes then turn potatoes over and cook 2 minutes more.

  6. Add broth, water and curry powder then cook 2 minutes.

  7. Transfer potato mixture to beef mixture and stir to combine.

  8. Add chutney, salt and pepper then cook until some liquid is absorbed about 3 minutes.
