  1. 1 c roast turkey , cubed

  2. 1 stalk celery , minced

  3. 1 cup fresh cherries , pitted and quartered

  4. 4 dates , chopped

  5. 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds

  6. The Sauce

  7. I always make the sauce separate so to control the amount that goes in the salad. Some like more, some like less.

  8. 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt

  9. 2 tbsp reduced calorie mayonaise

  10. 1 tsp country dijion mustard

  11. 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish

  12. 1 tbsp dried tarragon

  13. salt and pepper to taste

  1. Toss the turkey, celery, cherries, dates and almonds in a medium bowl until well mixed.

  2. In a separate bowl prepare the sauce by mixing well the yogurt, mayo, mustard, relish, tarragon, salt and pepper.

  3. Add the sauce a tablespoon at a time until covered to your liking.

  4. Refridgerate for at least 30 minutes. Server on wheat toast or spring greens as you like.
