  2. 2 teaspoon(s) Madras curry powder

  3. 1 tablespoon(s) honey

  4. salt and pepper

  5. 4 cup(s) shredded roasted chicken , skin removed

  6. 2 carrots , coarsely shredded

  7. 1/4 cup(s) chopped dried fruit , such as currants, raisins, cranberries, cherries or apricots

  8. 1/4 cup(s) chopped nuts or sunflower seeds

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise with the curry powder and honey and season with salt and pepper. Add the chicken, carrots, dried fruit and nuts and stir to combine.

  2. Serve With: Crusty bread, in pita or with green salad.
