  1. 3 Avocados

  2. 1 Tuna - drained and chunked

  3. 1/2 cup 55g / 1.9oz Celery - chopped finely

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chives - chopped

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Italian salad dressing

  6. 1/4 cup 59ml Mayonnaise

  7. 3 tablespoons 45ml Cheese; grated - mild

  8. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Potato chips - crushed

  1. Recipe Instructions Cut avocados in half lengthwise, remove pits, but do not peel. Combine tuna, celery, chives, Italian dressing, and mayonnaise. Mix well. Spoon into avocado halves and arrange on shallow baking dish. Pour 1/2 inch of boiling water into the bottom of dish. Sprinkle tops of avocados with cheese. Bake at 400F for approximately 15 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with the crushed potato chips.
