  2. 2/3 c Garbanzo bns; cooked,drained

  3. 1 1/2 c Green beans; sliced, steamed

  4. 1/2 c Celery; diced

  5. 1/4 c Red onion; diced

  6. 1/4 c Pimentos; diced

  7. 1/4 c Parsley; chopped

  8. 2 tb Natural rice vinegar;

  9. 1 tb Lemon juice;

  10. 4 ts Olive oil;

  11. 1/4 ts Each salt;

  12. Freshly ground pepper; Lettuce leaves 1. In salad bowl combine all ingredients, except lettuce. Chill

  13. 2. Serve on lettuce leaves.
