  1. 1 bag(s) (1-pound) peeled, deveined frozen shrimp , thawed 5 cup(s) plain fat-free Greek yogurt

  2. 1 tablespoon(s) fresh lime juice

  3. 2 teaspoon(s) curry powder

  4. 2 teaspoon(s) garlic paste

  5. 1 onion , thinly sliced

  1. Pat shrimp dry. In a medium bowl, combine shrimp, yogurt, lime juice, curry powder, garlic paste, and kosher salt to taste.

  2. Heat a nonstick grill pan over medium heat. Add onions and cook about 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to a plate.

  3. Add shrimp to grill pan and sauté until shrimp are cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes.
