  2. 11 oz. can corn with peppers, drained

  3. 15 oz. can mango slices, cubed

  4. 1/4 cup minced onion

  5. 1/4 cup oil and vinegar salad dressing

  1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients and toss to coat. Serve as an appetizer with crackers or tortilla chips, or as a side salad.
