  1. 1 Lime Jell-O

  2. 1/2 cup 55g / 1.9oz Celery - chopped fine

  3. 1 cup 237ml Boiling water

  4. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Nuts - chopped

  5. 1 Cream cheese

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Heavy cream - whipped

  7. 2/3 cup 157ml Crushed pineapple, w/juice

  8. Cherries (optional garnish)

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

  2. Add chunks of cream cheese. Using mixer, beat at medium speed until well blended.

  3. Chill until slightly congealed.

  4. Add pineapple, celery and nuts. Fold in whipped cream.

  5. Pour in 3 cup mold and let set.

  6. Turn out on lettuce leaf and garnish with cherries if desired.
