  1. 4 leaves gelatine (each leaf sets approx 150ml)

  2. 250g blueberries or blackberries

  3. 50ml boiling water

  4. 550ml dark red or blue berry juice (e.g. blueberry)

  1. How to make house of darkness jelly 1. Put the gelatine leaves in a bowl and cover with cold water until they are soft and squidgy, about 3-4 minutes.

  2. Wash the fruit and pat dry with kitchen roll.

  3. Boil the kettle. Remove the soft gelatine from the water and put it in a measuring jug. Pour 50ml boiling water over the gelatine leaves. Stir carefully to dissolve the gelatine.

  4. Add the berry juice to the dissolved gelatine so that it fills the measuring jug up to 600ml.

  5. Add more fruit than jelly for set fruit.

  6. Divide the fruit between the tubs or glasses and pour the jelly over the fruit.

  7. Put Dracula's jellies in the fridge for about 45 minutes to set.
