  7. 2 ts Minced garlic

  8. 2 Green onions, chopped

  9. 1/2 c Chopped onion

  10. 1/2 c Diced celery

  11. 1/2 c Frozen peas and carrots

  12. Thawed 1/2 c Small cooked shrimp

  13. 1/4 c Diced cooked ham

  14. 4 c Cooked wild rice

  15. 2 tb Oyster sauce

  16. 2 ts Sesame oil

  17. pn White pepper

  18. 1/4 c Chicken broth

  19. --GOLDEN EGG THREADS--

  20. 1 Egg

  21. 2 ts Cooking oil

  22. GOLDEN EGG THREADS:

  23. To make golden egg threads, heat a small nonstick

  24. frying pan over medium heat until hot. Add 2

  25. teaspoons cooking oil and 1 lightly beaten egg; tip

  26. the pan to spread the egg thinly over the bottom of

  27. the pan Cook the egg until barely set; turn once and cook the other side about 30 seconds. Remove and let

  28. cool. Cut into thin shreds.

  29. Heat a wok over medium high heat until hot. Add the

  30. cooking oil, ginger, and garlic and stir fry for 10

  31. seconds. Add the green onions, onion, celery, peas

  32. and carrots, shrimp, and ham and stir fry for 2

  33. minutes Reduce the heat to medium low. Add the wild

  34. rice, egg shreds, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil,

  35. white pepper ant the chicken broth; Toss to mix well.
