  1. 2 lb Almond macaroons (fresh Moist, mound type)

  2. 1/2ga Natural vanilla ice Cream

  3. 3 oz Bourbon

  1. + Directions : Delicious crunchy ice cream. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Crumble macaroons by hand onto 2 large cookie sheets. Bake in a 400 oven for 10 minutes until golden brown, tossing occasionally. Let cool. Melt ice cream to a semi-soft consistency. Place ice cream in a large bowl. Add macaroon crumbs and mix thoroughly. Add bourbon and mix thoroughly. Refreeze mixture immediately in two 1/2-gallon containers. Serve frozen.
