  8. 1 hard-boiled egg

  9. 3 anchovies

  10. 3/4 cup olive oil

  11. 1/4 cup vinegar

  12. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  13. 1/2 cup catsup

  14. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  15. 8 teaspoons Creole mustard

  16. 2 teaspoons dry mustard

  17. 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

  18. 1 tablespoon paprika

  19. salt -- to taste

  20. pepper -- to taste

  21. Make ahead. In a food processor, using metal blade, blend garlic, egg, and anchovies to a smooth paste. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in oil, vinegar, lemon

  22. juice, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, mustards, paprika, salt, and pepper.
