Banana Nut Bread Using Quick Bread Mix

    1. 8 oz cream cheese - softened

    2. 1 c sugar

    3. 2 eggs

    4. 1 c banana - mashed

    5. 2 c quick bread mix

    6. 1/2 c pecans - chopped

    1. Cream the cheese until light and fluffy; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each additon. Add banana; mix well. Stir in Quick Bread Mix and pecans. Spoon batter into a greased 9 by 5 x 3 inch loafpan. Bake at 350 F. for 55 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

    2. Cool completely in pan. Yield: 1 loaf
