  1. 2 b. onions , sliced

  2. 1 tomato , sliced

  3. Pinch of tumeric pwd

  4. 2 bay leaves

  5. 2 tbsp gin-gar paste

  6. 2 tsp chillypowder

  7. ... Green Paste :

  8. 2 tbsp corrainder - mint leaf ,

  9. 2 cardamom ,

  10. 2 cinnamon ,

  11. 2 cloves ,

  12. 2 star anise ,

  13. 1 tbsp fennel seed ,

  14. 5 green chilli - paste

  15. ... 2 1/2 C basmati rice , pre soaked and drained

  16. 1 M chicken (skin removed)

  17. ... Garnish :

  18. fresh mint and corriander leaves

  1. Fry bay leaf , onions and tumeric pwd,chilli powder .

  2. Add tomatoes and fry until pulpy .

  3. Add the green paste and fry until raw smell disappears .

  4. Add the chicken.

  5. Once half done add the rice and mix well .

  6. Add 3 3/4 C water and salt to taste .

  7. Place in a rice cooker and cook .

  8. Garnish .
