  2. 1/4 teaspoon(s) dried thyme leaves

  3. 1 pinch(s) nutmeg

  4. 1 cup(s) bulgur

  5. Thyme sprigs for garnish

  1. In 2-cup glass measuring cup, combine chicken broth and enough water to equal 2 cups.

  2. In 2-quart saucepan, heat broth mixture, thyme, and nutmeg to boiling over high heat. Add bulgur, reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Garnish each serving with a thyme sprig.
