  1. 2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans cream of mushroom condensed soup

  2. 2 (2.4-ounce) package dry onion soup mix

  3. 1 (4-pound) bone-in beef pot roast

  4. 1 pound baby carrots

  5. 6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed

  1. Preheat oven to 325 °F (160°C). Pour 1 can of soup in bottom of roasting pan. Mix in 1 packet soup mix. Place roast on top of soup. Add carrots and potatoes. Mix other can of soup with onion soup mix. Pour over top of roast. Cover with foil. Bake for 3 hours. Stir every hour to keep soup well mixed.
