  1. 2 tablespoons butter or margarine

  2. 1 can lemon pie filling -- (21 oz.)

  3. 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  4. 1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk

  5. 1/2 cup lemon juice

  6. 1 1/2 cups whipped topping lemon slices --

  1. Preparation : In small saucepan, melt butter, stir in crumbs. Reserving 1 tablespoon for garnish, pat crumbs on bottom of buttered 8 x 8-inch baking pan and set aside. In medium bowl, combine pie filling, sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Mix until smooth. Spread into prepared pan. Top with whipped topping and reserved crumbs. Freeze 3 hours. If desired, garnish with lemon slices before serving.
