  2. 4 oz cream cheese, at room temperature

  3. 1/3 cup sugar

  4. 1 egg

  5. 1/2 cup lemon curd

  6. 3 tsp lemon juice fresh raspberries or blueberries

  1. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg. Beat in lemon curd and lemon juice until just mixed. Fill phyllo cups with lemon mixture. Bake for 8 minutes at 375°. Garnish each cup with a berry.
