  1. 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken (diced)

  2. 6 slices of bread or use

  3. 1/2 lb. chicken and 1/2 lb. sausage

  4. 1 cup grated cheddar/Monterrey jack cheese

  5. 1 tsp. salt Dash of Pepper

  6. 4 eggs

  7. 1/3 cup Ott's Hot Wing Sauce

  1. Preparation Boil chicken 10-15 minutes and drain. In a large bowl, cube bread slices, then add cheese, salt, and pepper. Place chicken in a medium sized bowl and mix in Ott's Hot Wing Sauce and let marinate. In a separate medium sized bowl, beat eggs with milk. Mix all ingredients into large bowl, then pour into 8 x 8 baking dish, cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake covered 30 minutes at 350 then uncovered for 30 minutes at 350.
