    1. 1/2 c Powdered nondairy creamer

    2. 1/2 c Sugar

    3. 1/4 c Instant coffee (dry)

    4. 1 ts Dried orange peel

    5. 1/4 ts Ground cinnamon

    1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor.

    2. Cover and blend on high speed 30 seconds, stopping blender after 15 seconds to stir, or process, 5 to 10 seconds or until well mixed.

    3. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature no longer than 6 months.

    4. For each serving, place 2 teaspoons mix in cup.

    5. Add 2/3 cup boiling water.

    6. For 6 servings, place 1/4 cup mix in heatproof container and add 4 cups boiling water.

    7. SERVINGS (2 TEASPOONS EACH); 30 CALORIES PER SERVING.
